Rail Simulator Games Products

Thomson Interactive produce a range of add-on products for the market leading train simulator game RailWorks Train Simulator 2012. Currently we have two routes, Glasgow Airport Rail Link Add-on (GARL) including the Class 380 and Edinburgh to Glasgow Expansion Pack including the Class 170. Both the Class 380 and Class 170 are available separately.

RailWorks is developed by Railsimulator.com who continually expand and improve the rail simulation platform. Recently introduced functionality includes the RS Career System®. This is a mechanism by which the driver’s performance is assessed and scored according to realistic parameters along the route. Just as real train drivers must stick to their schedule and observe all limits and restrictions as they complete their tasks, RS Career System® monitors the driver’s performance and continuously increases or decreases their overall score as appropriate.
